To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests & our neighbors:

Quiet hours for the weekdays are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Quiet hours for the weekends are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but cannot be guaranteed.

Reservations & Payments
Smoking Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations

Full or partial payment may be required at booking

Rates are subject to change without notice

All cabins and indoor spaces are non-smoking, non-vaping

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas

If smoking or vaping occurs inside, a cleaning and restoration fee will be applied.

All embers, ash, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in a proper can or tray; please do not discard them on the ground due to the high risk of forest fires.
We appreciate your understanding in keeping our environment clean and enjoyable for all guests.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made (insert your timeframe –

Guests get a 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

50% refund if canceled 14–30 days before check-in.​

Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a fee

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
Pets Policy

Pets are welcome in designated areas only

Must be kept on a leash at all times

Pet not allowed to be tied to trees or left unattended

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
Parking & Vehicles

Do not block roadways or other guest spaces
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:

Any damage to property

Keeping their site/cabin clean

Supervising children at all times

Liability
Painted Buffalo Resorts is
not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Injuries due to misuse of property or failure to follow posted rules
Campfires & Safety
At this time, we do not have any area of campfires

Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits

Please follow all local fire restrictions

Never leave a fire unattended
